Job Title: Thread Roller Operator
 
Job Description:  Responsible for setup and operation of thread rolling machinery.
 
Principal Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Thread rolling, knurling, SEMS and retaining features
• Monitoring and measurement of fasteners

• 1 – 5 years experience in thread rolling, knurling, SEMS and retaining features
• Must have knowledge of setup and be able to problem solve in an effective manner
• Must have experience with measurement equipment, i.e. micrometers, calipers, optical comparator, etc.
• Must have knowledge of pitch and functional measuring, major diameter, thread discontinuities, and how they determine the quality of the fastener
• Must be able to read blueprints
• Basic knowledge of IATF16949 requirements
• Operate fork truck to move stock
